Established in 2022, Adelaide Scene is an all-ages event booker with a mission to make the incredible local scene we have safe and accessible for everyone.
Originating as a photography service for local bands, Adelaide Scene is constantly pumping out new photos of up-and-coming acts, and beginning 2024, booking shows with local favourites such as LOLA, The Munch, Stormy-Lou, plus many more.

DANDY BUZZKILLS + AMMONITE & MAIDEN NAME
The Dandy Buzzkills return to Arthur Art Bar with fresh femme punk band Ammonite and shoegaze rockers Maiden Name for a night of all ages live music on May 16th
The Dandy Buzzkills are a band that's intentionally hard to define, blending influences ranging from Boris to XTC into a tight, densely packed sound. Known for meticulously crafted recordings and live performances that balance chaos and power, they've captivated crowds while amusingly raising Adelaide’s potassium levels with bananas tossed into the audience.
Their debut EP, "I Can Feed the Fish Earthworms," showcases Maxwell, Hudson, Jack, and Olly’s attention to rich textures and subtle details, rewarding repeated listens. As they continue an ambitious release schedule through 2025, The Dandy Buzzkills remain uniquely committed to their craft, blending careful musicianship with playful irreverence, leaving fans eagerly guessing what they'll do next. - Angus Porter
